What we collect
We collect your account details such as your email address, the descriptions and content you submit when building apps, and basic usage data such as builds, logins, and support requests.
How we use it
We use this information to run Delox, to build and host your apps, to improve the product, and to reach you about your account. We do not use your projects to advertise to you.
Where your data lives
Your projects, databases, and builds run on our Macs and KVM servers. We keep them for as long as your account or plan needs them, and free plan builds are kept in the cloud for 7 days.
What we share
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that keep Delox running, such as payment processing and infrastructure, and only as far as they need it to do their job.
Your choices
You can export the full source code of your apps at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it by contacting support.
